It depends mainly on the type of material and how many you want printed. Most of the printing cost is in setup time, so ordering more can lower the unit cost. Most print work can now be digitally printed too, so smaller quantities are more cost-effective than they used to be. Get in touch for a personalised quote.

Although design and artwork is our core service, like a lot of clients, you may prefer for us to manage the whole project, including the printing. We understand how much time it can save you, as well as avoiding something going wrong.

Inhouse we can print A4 Colour leaflets and A3 Colour posters, on a high-quality Xerox colour laser. We can print on 100gsm Silk (25% thicker than normal copier paper), 160gsm Silk and 200gsm Silk (thin card). Our inhouse service is ideal for quantities up to 100 that need a fast turnaround. Ideal for marketing proposal printing.

You can, provided it has bleed and crop marks (printer marks), is exported in CMYK format and all images are of high enough quality. Generally, if artwork has been created using Canva or office-based software, unfortunately the quality isn’t normally good enough for high-quality printing. If this is the case, don’t worry, we can usually recreate something similar for you, which will be in the correct format for printing.

If single-sided, we’d recommend 100gsm Silk upwards. Gloss can make you look cheap and the ink can smudge more easily. If double-sided, we’d advise at least 150gsm Silk, otherwise you may experience some show though from the other side. We’re a popular provider of custom business flyers in the UK, for those marketing campaigns that need something a little more special, such as spot gloss, foiling or particular laminates.

50 cards is probably the minimum you would order. In our experience, this quantity doesn’t tend to last people long at all, which leads to having to order more quite quickly. To be more cost effective, we’d recommend ordering 100 business cards, assuming that the information on them isn’t likely to date anytime soon.

First of all, we’ll send you a quote, after our initial chat about your requirements. Once you’ve approved the cost, we’ll send you an invoice for pre-payment. Once paid, we will complete the artwork (if required), send a proof to you for approval. Then, if all is approved, we’ll send them to our production team.

Providing our printing services locally does give us more flexibility and control with regard to deadlines, as we can jump in the car and deliver ourselves if necessary. However, as well as providing professional printing services in Leicester, we can deliver anywhere in the UK. To keep our customer service quality high and to avoid export tariffs, unfortunately we don’t ship to other countries.
